Easy DIY Frozen Berry Slushie

It’s gotten SO HOT these past few weeks where I live, and if you’re like me, a cold icy drink is high on the list of needs. So today I want to share with you guys a super easy two ingredient berry slushie. It’s vegan, healthy, and super refreshing.You’ll need:

-Roughly one cup of frozen berries ( Mine are pre-frozen from Costco containing raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries.)

-Almond milk, half a cup

-Any sweetener of choice. I used Splenda. (Optional)

-A high speed blender

Combine all your ingredients in the blender and blend away! My blender isn’t that powerful, so I have to add more liquid to get the frozen berries blending. Make sure you don’t over add the liquid though, because we’re going for a thick slushie consistency rather than a smoothie.

And there you go! Put it in a nice cup, mason jar, or glass, and you have a super refreshing summer drink. It’s vegan, it’s healthy, and it’s super easy.
