Into the Woods

IMG_0908

Hey guys, hope you’re having a great week. I’m back with another outfit post, which I have so much fun doing. I wanted to do an outdoor slash woods inspired shoot, which is so difficult because there are no woods anywhere close to where I live, haha. But I suppose the city park will have to suffice.

I’m styling this fantasy inspired dress in this blog post from Tobi today, and I really feel like a fairy in this because of the sleeves and cutout, haha. The subtle lace threading on the waist and down the torso seriously has me channeling my inner fairy. And yes, we’ve all wished we were a fairy at one point, right?

IMG_0904IMG_0876 IMG_0882Since there’s so much going on already with the dress and cutouts, I kept accessories at a minimum. I slipped on a marble pendant from Wild Bloom (wink wink), which I felt like completed the whole elegant style I was going for.IMG_0916IMG_0869

For shoes, I would definitely stick with a pair of heels, but since we’re going for the whimsical forest look, I stuck with a natural pair of suede wedge booties from City Classical. You guys see me wear these boots in probably every outfit shoot, haha, but really though- not even ashamed about it.

Tune back in the next few days for the next look I styled, featuring two other bomb dresses from Tobi, and the same marble pendant from Wild Bloom, along with some more accessory pieces.

Lots of love,

I’m not a big fan of purple but the dress is gorgeous.

The dress indeed made the place look magical and the necklace too!
